I never asked her for proof of the machine functioning, but she still sent me pictures of the "non-functional" machine making coffee. Her "trying to work it out" was telling me she is calling eBay to report me. Lady has ISSUESInstant Solo WIFI connected single Cup Coffee Brewer With Reusable Coffee Pod (N° 256882520722)
