True, the remote does not work 100% but it is OK for an extra. The shipping was free (i.e. its cost is included in the price). The packaging was excellent, the item arrived quite fast (within EU) without any damage. The video recorder is working nicely. The seller's communication is good although is not a story teller.

It arrived securely wrapped and packaged against rough handling (you know how postal workers are.) The deck was clean and exactly as described in the listing. I haven’t checked all the features, but the initial check things seem to be working great. I will be following the vcrshop for more equipment as the needs arise. As a buyer you can trust VCRShop to deliver quality goods for decent price.
