Claims the item was delayed due to "tape job". When asked for proof, she responded with a screenshot of the tracking, which showed the item was brought to the incorrect distribution center, with no mention of the tape. I never asked her for proof of the machine functioning, but she still sent me pictures of the "non-functional" machine making coffee.
