His customer service is from another world I have bought from this vendor before and will continue to this proven wrong. He is a victim of this tariff and fees battle. Where little guys like me where looking forward to building thing with grandkids. But a lot of vendor are now forced to use shipping services such as FedEx. Again this guy is alpha dog and has had my business multiple times
