I provided 3 close-up photos of leaked oil. Seller says,”it sometimes happens”. Cost was $30+. I asked for $14 refund-$9 was the best offer or I could return product at my expense. Seller is unethical. You TOLD us we were gonna give you half back or you "Were gonna write negative feedback." We offered $9 since you said one was half full and the other was 2/3. Never did we say you had to pay for return shipping. We offered a return and we would pay for the shipping. Offer is still there.
