After 2 attempts to message seller, they sent me a poorly thought out message that they didn’t have my item in stock & would send a prepaid return label as long as they weren’t used or opened. I replied confirming it. As expected, seller ghosted me & I had to get eBay involved to force a refund. Look at my pics of what I ordered, what was sent, their message & policy that they failed to honor.

I contacted seller immediately and they said I could return. I returned item immediately and have not received a refund. The original card that was used to purchase had been hacked and I had to shut the account down. I gave them 2 alternative methods to refund me and they refused.
