    Excellent customer service and great communication! One of the three items I received was broken during shipping, despite being packed well. I let the seller know and he responded immediately, offering a refund for the broken peice. Refund was issued an 2 hours later! Thank you.

    Beautiful piece! My favorite part of my collection of this flatware pattern so far! Excellent shipping time and packaging. There was a piece of tape on the handle that left some residue... I might recommend to the seller to avoid that in the future. Otherwise, the product was as described and a great value.

    Glad you are happy with the piece. We usually remove the tape and any residue from such before shipping. I apologize for not doing so on this piece for you. We also stopped using tape a short while ago and all future flatware is now in plastic shrink film where we place the ID sticker.

    Absolutely wonderful! The seller’s shipping was super fast (although the post office decided it needed to tour the US for a while) and item excellently packaged. The item arrived just as described. Excellent seller!
