One thing to consider is, the seller chooses to ship the item in the manufacturers packaging. It's the absolute minimum amount of protection and not intended for the item to be shipped individually. A couple days later in shipped outta Georgia. Tracking was practically nonexistent. 10 days after purchase it finally showed up looking like it when on a world tour! Box all tattered and taped together, but it did arrive undamaged, miraculously. It works as designed and luckily my customer wasn't in a hurry so I don't look bad. I give them positive feedback only cause it was a great deal and works well.
