USPS had a delay, and tracking didn’t update until the item arrived 3 weeks later. Despite that, the seller went above and beyond—refunded the order due to the inconvenience and still sent it, along with an extra roll of tint. The tint was outlined to the exact size of the vehicle, making installation easier, though it wasn’t pre-cut. Still, very satisfied.

He Communicated with me very well in regard to the shipping delays via USPS and assured me the package would be there or he would guarantee it. It showed up 4 days late but I blame USPS they are the worst. I know the USPS offers affordable shipping rates however I'd pay more for UPS or FedEx that has a better reputation getting packages delivered quicker and have better package tracking.
