My item was delivered on time & well packaged, the supplied items were intact & as per the description given by the seller. After connecting everything up, unfortunately the PC would not power up. I came to the conclusion the power cord supplied was faulty. The seller immediately sent out a brand new replacement cord. This seller has my utmost respect & is reputable.
