I received it and when I opened the box the slot to hold the heating tubes was pulled away from the base and even Duck tape could not have fixed it. I contacted the seller and he assured me not to worry and he would send a replacement. He followed up with a message when it was shipped and I received it. The second one was perfect and included a manual which was missing from the first one. It is definitely a great value for the price I paid. 5* Seller Thanks!
