Everything was clearly communicated, the shipment arrived exactly as described, new and unopened in its seal wrap, with only slight dents on the box (which were properly disclosed up front prior to the purchase). The packaging was excellent, with sufficient bubble wrap protection. There was a slight delay in the shipping, but that was totally fine and not the seller's doing.
