The fork I purchased was the fork I received in the same condition as discribed. The fork arrived in a right sized box appropriate for a fork. The packaging materials were also appropriate for a fork. Best of all the packaging is recyclable. I felt the cost of shipping was on the pricey side, but once shipped it arrived in 4 days. I fell we negotiated fair market value for a vintage bicycle fork.
