The excuse they texted me was that they don't ship to Puerto Rico because packages get lost a lot here. Never in my 40 years of living here have I had a similar problem with my mail delivered through USPS.

Ordered it as a Christmas gift and it took over ten days to get from CA to AZ. So it didn't make it under the tree. I had to reship it to the person who it was for, as they were from out of state and only here for acouple of days.
