There was a mix up at the post office, no fault of the seller, and seller was quick to respond and ended up issuing a refund. The day the refund was issued the correct package came. Seller offered item as a gift for mix up when I asked if refund could cancelled. Excellent communication through the whole transaction. I would definitely recommend this seller.

After the initial scan, there were no further updates. She answered every one of my messages as soon as I sent them and helped me try to track the package. I received an email from USPS saying the package was lost. As soon as I reported that to both EBay and the seller, a refund was issued. I couldn’t have asked for any better response.
