The speakers and stands arrived SUPER QUICKLY, and were honestly packed, but they made a small oversight in packing and the item was damaged in shipping. I contacted the seller about it and within an HOUR got a VERY fair refund. While I'm disappointed the item was damaged, I am VERY HAPPY with the seller's QUICK and PROFESSIONAL response. This is the way problems are supposed to be handled! I TRUST this seller and WOULD NOT HESITATE to do business with them again! THANK YOU!
