Because I didn't want to rewrap the gift, I never opened the package that was received on 4/25 (which was timely by the way). I gave it to my son tonight for his birthday, and when he opened it, the bobble head was broken in two pieces (see attached photo) with the original packaging obviously damaged. The item was inspected during listing and in brand new condition as we described. The customer's reason for not opening the item does not sound convincing. Customer never asked for a return or ever messaged us. We alerted Ebay since this customer just created this account the day of the order of this item. Sellers Beware. We stand by our feedback and our great customers.
