The item was brand new and fairly priced. Packed perfectly, it came well wrapped and in a fitted box so no chance of it movimg about or breaking. It took less than 24hrs to arrive also. Couldn't be happier.

To my surprise, they responded right away, apologised and said they will dispatch the missing things on Friday. Again to my surprise, they were delivered on Saturday.
