I noticed some rattling inside when shaking, but at a closer look it is just bottom set of 4 rivets have factory cut particles. It's a simple but reliable design and I like textured paint, it looks good outside and inside. When powered on the transformer sound is barely noticeable in very quiet room. Highly recommending!

It was scheduled to be delivered in 8 to 10 days. I wrote to them and asked if I could pay for quicker shipping by the next morning it shipped and was now scheduled that Saturday so that was 5 to 7 days quicker already but it came Thursday and worked perfectly as described so we were only without heat for 2 days.
