They were very apologetic and helpful and their communication was excellent. We received the replacement very quickly and even before i had had the chance to send the old item back. The game is also excellent

He emailed back confirmation with a different courier I received the replacement within 24 hours.This was a mishap, no fault of the seller. I suggest that they change Courier? The bell itself is perfect for our needs, it alerts us to posties delivering non post box items behind our electric gates. has perfect reception when put on concrete post not metal.
