I declined, because it’s not worthwhile to make the trip to the post office. Seller’s offer was appreciated, though to me a 5 star response would be offering to refund a quarter of the cost, since a quarter of the purchase was missing.

Seller was great, communication was great, but FedEx and USPS were no help at all, blaming each other, no one taking responsibility, go figure.
