They shipped it incredibly fast and it was packaged super carefully so that nothing happened to it in transit. When the pin arrived, it was just as shown in the pictures and absolutely beautiful. However, they caught that and gave me a partial refund because they shipped the items together. I was so oblivious, I contacted them to ask why I was getting a partial refund, they could've easily kept the money or even sent them separately, but they didn't.
