I attempted to contact the seller immediately after I hit the purchase button no response. I tried to cancel the purchase explaining the mistake and that I wanted to re-buy the item. The seller denied my request. I then sent the seller a message begging them to send it to my updated address. They ignored this message and sent it to my old address a week later I. I do not recommend this company and will never be using them again.

Reached out to seller, who indicated they had too much stock to check each one and they make so little off the sale, but offered to have me send back for a full refund. I declined, because it’s not worthwhile to make the trip to the post office. Seller’s offer was appreciated, though to me a 5 star response would be offering to refund a quarter of the cost, since a quarter of the purchase was missing.
