The fact is he bought a water slide decal and tried to peel it apart like a peel and stick. He clearly didn't read the description OR the text on the back of the decal in BRIGHT GREEN and because of it, he ruin his decal. This seems to be a common problem with Boomers! They order based on what they think it is and then get pissed off when it isn't. Rather than READ the description before impulse buying. Then blame the seller!
