The value was there, especially since I could continue to use my Nespresso machine after I received this replacement. The item was wrapped securely , and works perfectly. It was shipped promptly, but took a while to arrive. The only reason it mattered was because I missed my coffee. Nothing to do with the seller. The item arrived exactly as described, and works perfectly.

I brought it up with the seller and they were quick to respond and were sorry. They offered me compensation options. While it was unfortunate the item was not as described, the seller maintained great communication and were understanding. Overall great seller!
