    Seller reached out for feedback on my orig order and I told them I had not received it yet. They immediately responded and asked if I wanted a refund or a resend of the product. I asked for a resend and another remote was shipped out right away and was received quickly and was perfectly new in orig packaging. It’s so nice to deal with a company that stands by their products and service even though it was the shippers fault. I highly recommend this Company and will use again.
