Thinking I was providing good customer service, I Immediately sent them a pre-paid Royal Mail return postage label. When they first said label was not valid, checked with Royal Mail who confirmed the label WAS in fact valid. Have absolutely no idea why their post office would say different. Sent a replacement label but same result. Have put this experience down to one of those awkward customers who is just happy to leave negative feedback.
