After contacting the seller, he contacted me and took full responsibility for the item being "accidentally advertised as having Digital Command and Control (DCC). He offered a refund, which I have now declined since I already ordered a DCC decoder. One of the cars arrived slightly damaged. I contacted seller and Joni replied. She went way beyond any expectation to make sure the issue was corrected. Being 80 years old, I have had many online transactions, and this is the best service I have ever received. Thank you, Joni and the rest of your crew that worked on this transaction.
