I believe this is the fault of the seller and shipper. The seller did not package the item well, they used only a couple crumpled pieces of paper for protection. When I received the package the item was very loose in the box. It should have been shipped with bubble wrap and very tight in the box, knowing that shippers don't treat packages well.
