USPS systems don’t always update with accurate information. I’ll give 5 stars for shipping only because it benefits the seller.

Seller was responsive, professional, and friendly when notified. Seller agreed to send a replacement case at a later date, when one became available, and has stuck to that informal agreement. The prices on the Etnia frames are some of the lowest you'll find anywhere and I wouldn't hesitate to order from this seller again.
