The seller took care to wrap + bubble wrap, and reinforced the box. It was not as good of packaging as the OEM, but a darn good effort resulting in its safe arrival. Shipping was prompt - item received via USPS. WDBWA!

This hat was listed by the seller stating it was "New with defects" but I was able to remove the marks and fix the dents and get it like new. Perfect straw Stetson along with a super smooth transaction from start to finish! A+++++
