Customer service and communications was phenomenal. My only complaint was the quality not in the camera but in the software for the app. this is no fault of this seller and I would buy from this seller again if I could figure out how to make the software work. again this is not a seller issue this seller has been a true asset to eBay and very kind to me. couldn't ask for better
