Before I got the pad, shooting a 7.7 Jap round was brutal! This pad drastically reduced felt recoil. I will know more tomorrow if I escaped the deep muscle bruising. For the money you get a great product shipping included. I would have no problem recommending this product. Communication was very good. They answered questions promptly. Tracking said the carrier is UPS but it arrived at the post office, tracking does not show any data at all. The seller could tell me nothing new until the post office reported arrival. I believe the item is very good and the seller did the best possible , although UPS did a poor job. I appreciate the efforts of the seller.
