He provided me with additional photos of the product to make sure I was purchasing what I was looking for and answered all my questions. What really set him apart was the fact my item arrived super early. I mentioned the item was for my mom since she was having surgery on the 9th, with the holiday weekend and me ordering closed to that date, the seller assured me it would arrive on time and sure enough it did!!!!! I’m so happy it did!!! Thank you!
