I’m not a tough negotiator, I have my limitations on how much I want to pay for certain items. I throw it out there and hope that my offer is accepted, if it isn’t, I’m ok with that. There are many great cards on the site but look how long they are listed before they drop the price to an acceptable amount and then sell it.
