Well after I have dealt with them, I can only say that I understand why they were so happy. This is a great company professionally run, with exceptional communications and feedback, and what I felt was a quality product extremely well packaged and quickly shipped. He asked for a laptop, specifically compatible with his metaquest 2 and VR chat, and editing the videos he and his friends create. This one does those things, but has to have a strong wifi signal or be hardwired, just FYI. He's had no complaints about the laptop itself. I haven't used it, but it's super thin and looks pretty cool. Shipping was really fast, I ordered on Wednesday and got it on Saturday. My son seems really happy with it.

Emailed pics to the seller, they responded promptly and we agreed to a new face plate. Part arrived a few days later in perfect condition, I installed and we are up and running.
