Unfortunately, the Royal Mail either lost the original one or someone stole it but I contacted the seller who happily sent out a replacement, which has arrived in time for my niece's 50th birthday. I'm very pleased with the personalisation, it was exactly as advertised and it arrived in pristine condition. Excellent customer service from this seller! I happily recommend this seller. 5*.
