As soon as they received my item the refund was issued straight away. Excellent customer service. Good price, bigger size than a usual file box, but sadly bad scratches on the back of the box.

I would thoroughly recommend this seller as when I informed them of the issue they responded in a matter of minutes and resolved the situation completely very swiftly afterwards. Very good value for money and fast delivery. I would definitely buy from this seller again and most highly recommended. It has been a very positive experience buying from this seller and it was a lovely surprise when I opened the package and found an absolutely brand new item. It was very well packaged and delivered well within the time I was given. A superb experience. 5🌟 all round 👍
