    The item arrived many days after it was supposed to arrive. It was not in time for my class that I needed the book for, and arrived well after the last expected arrival date. When I contacted the seller because of inactivity on the shipment tracker I got no response, even after I opened a case into where this package was. I was very disappointed in zacmccor-5 and their lack of communication and choice to ship the package very very late.

    It was nine days before the seller shipped the book. They did not send me a message until I filed a report with eBay. the book is fine but it was shipped in an envelope with no protection. No padding. Please take more care when shipping books as they may be out in the rain when delivered.
