As someone who tried and failed to do a similar re-shell, I'm in awe of how well this is put together. It feels sturdy, the USB-C mod looks like it was always meant to be there, and it was packaged safely. In my opinion it's well worth the money to get what truly feels like a professional job done. It felt like a bonus to me that they chose the same button combo I would have, of the options the shell comes with.
