I received these pencils brand new and they were exactly as described by the seller. Cannot beat that even though it cost the seller $8.20 to ship, which still would have been an amazing shipping deal. The pencils are brand new, excellent shape and I’m excited to use them. The seller was quick to respond with great communication. Would buy from again!!!!
