The stove is now plumbed in and working without problems. I have not dealt with this seller before, but would do so again. Tracking it across Europe was interesting, but it arrived two days earlier than expected. Yes, I had to pay import VAT, but that was expected, from the listing details. The Burner was shipped within 2 days of ordering and was here within a week. The packaging was fantastic, packed safely and securely in it's own pallet crate. We didn't have to pay any import duties but were expecting to but it would have only been about £50 anyway. If you want a really good burner from an excellent seller, look no further than here.
