I'm not impatient-just needed item ASAP as oven door wouldn't close! Having said that, I'm willing to give seller a POSTIVE feedback because not only was item exactly what I was after, but the seller also responded promptly to my query regarding the delay. Very pleased with the item overall. Thank you. Would I buy from this seller again? YES-but would probably expect a delay!

I sent two emails stating that I had checked outside bins etc and it was nowhere to be found; and the response was not nonchalant. I was going to escalate it to Paypal, and then found out that it had been delivered to the billing address.
