They should have been packed in a stronger exterior box to prevent the boxes from being crushed on all 4 corners and on the top which is exactly what Fed X did to them. The filters themselves appear not to be damaged however.

After contacting seller they just repackage from original company. They will be checking parts before shipping in the future. Offered a discount and I kept item.
