Very little effort was made to address the issue, it was clear reprinting wasn’t solving anything, maybe don’t sell prints that are fuzzy in appearance. It was a shame as they took the time to resend and I offered to accept a similar style print if the quality was better, this apparently wasn’t an option.

We also asked if the size could be changed to match our frame and this was done professionally to size and great quality. We'll definitely purchase from this seller again!

Sent via royal mail in a “do not bend” enveloped but unfortunately the poster came bent and clearly damaged, messaged the seller to see of they could resend in a different packaging and they ignored me. I know it wasn’t the seller’s fault that the item came damaged but offering to send once more would’ve been nice.
