Wad the wrong product, of course that was an inconvenience the more positive part of the experience was how the company proceeded with me going forward. They first contacted me and immediately apologized for my inconvenience then said what can we do to make this a positive experience. I won't post what the company did what I will say is more businesses need to mimic this model. Companies need to turn a profit and not the customer, THANK YOU AGAIN VERY MUCH.
