Unresponsive communication - very bad. they were not in any packaging except the retail box with a delivery label and they arrived separately which was stupid. Return process was annoying as I couldn't use ebay process because the speakers arrived separately so the return postage cost was only for one. I’ve used this seller many times and have good prompt service with items well described. On this occasion however they advertised 24hr delivery but item turned up 5 days late. It was pleasure buying from you. FedEx was quick but driver cloud not find my place at first attempt and didn’t call as well but I contacted fedex customer service later and in 2nd attempt next day driver called and everything went smooth.
