He explained that he made a mistake when sending the parcel and refunded me even before I had dispatched the parcel. Eventually he even let me keep the wrong parcel. Even though I didn't get the item I wanted and wasted the time, I give 5 stars for the honesty, swiftest and consideration towards the customer.
