Sowas habe ich noch nirgends erlebt. Dies grenzt schon an kriminielles Geschäftsgebaren. Man ist alleine mit seinem Schrottprodukt und soll es selbst reparieren. Von Garantie keine Spur, dieses ist nur ein Werbeversprechen. The first item sent was faulty and the returns process was needlessly tedious and they ended up telling me not to return the item anyway! This is the problem when the item is being sold by a company based in China, masquerading s a UK based supplier.
