The description said "unlocked" but this now can mean two things, Network or Factory, and was unclear in the description. Most pixel phones can be OEM unlocked but not one's originally sold by Verizon. Be careful of this when you consider them if you plan to use a custom rom. You can check the IMEI at google's repair center to make sure. Cellfree was excellent in handling the return.

The phone came with a charging cord and holds a charge well. I will use this seller again when look for a refurbished phone as the value is will worth it compared to the appearance and quality of the phone.

It was a very quick setup and conversion from one phone to another and is working great. We would have liked to have received it a little sooner but it was probably as quick as it could be with the way the mailing system is now. Condition was good and the price was also good. The only thing we are not sure of yet is whether the battery is going to last very long throughout the day. Needs more testing on that.

All of the phones we have ever purchased including this one was in better condition than described! Why pay $1200 for a phone you can get for $200 or less?? Shipping was done through FedEx and it came in 2-3 days!! The phones was packed in a nice box so it wouldn't be damaged in transport and it even came with a new charger and wall plug. We will definitely buy from this seller again and have saved him as a trusted seller on our account.

I submitted the return request and had a return label in less than 24 hours and a credit was applied to my account as soon as they got the earbuds back. Top notch customer service.
